The DIVERSITY through ACCESS to TECHNOLOGY + ART program (DATA) is the exciting new mentorship program developed in partnership between Video Pool Media Arts Centre and Arts AccessAbility Network Manitoba.
AANM and Video Pool Media Arts Centre are wheelchair accessible venues.
Are you an artist who has faced barriers and challenges in developing your career? Have you wanted to explore or establish your practice through technology?
This program will be a yearlong gateway mentorship for four local artists with disabilities to develop a technology-based practice in new media and electronic arts.
Artists and mentors will both have the opportunity to exhibit work at VP’s Poolside Gallery or develop a performance for VP’s A/V performance venue, The Output.
