Merging Mindsets

Fusing our creative and interactive digital media communities

Creative Manitoba, with partners Video Pool Media Arts Centre and New Media Manitoba, is inviting artists to share their artwork in interactive digital media as part of the Merging Mindsets project.

How are you experimenting with technology in your artistic practice? How have you incorporated digital techniques into how you create? Share your work with us and showcase the incredible creations made in Manitoba through the fusion of art and technology.

Technology is redefining the way art is made in new and exciting ways. Through 3D printing, virtual reality, projections, sensors, coding, augmented reality, laser cutting and more, artists have new tools to construct and create.

A selection of artists will be chosen and provided a $100 honourarium. Selected artists will also be featured in Merging Mindsets’ social media campaign and on our website.

We hope you’ll join us in this opportunity for artists of all mediums to share their work with the Manitoba community.

Deadline for applications is January 17, 2020.
