AANM is seeking show proposals from d/Deaf and disabled performance artists. We are accepting performances from comedians, actors, musicians, dancers, and other performance artists.

Artists can choose from the following:

• Performance only (45 – 90 minutes)
• Performance and the option to have one of the following: meet-and-greet, artist talk, or workshop

This is a paid opportunity and artists will receive:

• Performance only: $550 (required)
• Meet-and-greet: $100 (optional)
• Artist Talk or workshop: $520 (optional)

AANM can provide up to $500 worth of equipment and on-site tech assistance.

Application Requirements

1. Artist Bio (100 words max)
2. Artist CV (2 pages max)
3. Show Proposal (500 words max)
4. Email address for e-transfer of payment (if selected)
5. A description of access needs for your performance
6. Supporting documentation showing past work or the performance you are proposing, this can include any of the following:
   • 4 photos (JPG format), or
   • Video (YouTube link, 2 minutes max), or
   • Audio (mp3 or YouTube link, 2 minutes max)

Performances must be suitable for the public (all ages and complying with AANM’s guiding principles)
